"This set reflects my experience in my previous work environment. An environment that I knew exists, but not to the extent of the mental and emotional abuse I went through for years. This is not intended to be malicious by any means. Art has always been my way to cope through life and it’s my way of having a therapy outlet.
Everyone has experienced the rules of power and authority in a work environment. This painting represents individuals at work that like to be negative and gossip. The gossip is represented by their tongue. If you look closer, the tongue is a snake that represents evil and the poison that they put in the other’s ears.”
