We can get overwhelmed by that dark whole and we forget about the positive things that are around us like family, friends, good job, health, etc… No matter how difficult life can get, we sometimes have to step back and remember our blessings. Focus on the positivity in life can help us cope with difficult circumstances we face throughout our journey.
