What is Happiness - Faith, 36" x 36"

"Happiness can be defined in so many ways depending on the person. Everyone defines happiness based on what makes them happy. But the truth is that there is no straight answer to the question of what happiness is. I defined happiness by three things: self, purpose, and faith. It's important to know who you are and accept yourself for who you are.
Studies have shown that setting goals and having a purpose in life is key to our happiness. Having faith that things will work out eventually should be combined with a positive mindset. We all should see the light at the end of the tunnel and work on our mental health and happiness.
